Events and Groups Booking
Book the Entire Hotel
Exclusive use of the hotel, all guest rooms, common rooms, basement, secret room and front
porch. Includes overnight accommodations and continental breakfast.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is due in full two
weeks prior to the event. All events must be paid in full.
LIMITATIONS:
* Only registered guests are permitted on premises unless prior arrangements are made with the
innkeeper.
* Overnight guests must vacate their rooms by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
* The building can comfortably accommodate 22-25 overnight guests. Roll-away cots are not
available.
* Guests must be age 18 or older.
* No candles or open flames.
* No pets.
* No smoking inside the building.
* No food is allowed in guest rooms. Food may be consumed in the great room and on the porch.
* Cleanup of food and related disposables are the responsibility of your group.
Group Booking
Shared use of the hotel with other teams or guests. Reserve for your team or group of 4 or more
on any non-event evening. Enjoy shared use of the hotel, investigation in guest rooms, common
rooms, basement, secret room. Includes overnight accommodations and continental breakfast.
