Named for Mrs. Rose Wilkes, a former long-term guest of the hotel. One of our most spacious rooms, the
Rose Room has a hand stencilled floor, king size bed and one twin bed,

First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt was a personal friend of Mrs. Shanley, and a guest at the hotel. The Blue Room, also known as the
Eleanor suite, is spacious and sunny with four windows and beautifully hand stencilled floors. It is furnished with a queen size
canopy bed.

One of our most requested rooms, the Marguerite Room offers a comfortable king sized bed and
vintage furnishings.

The Silent Room is where former owner Mr. Hazen retired on warm summer nights, and was once
used as an infirmary. It is furnished with one full size bed and one twin bed, antique dresser and
dressing table.

The former private gentlemen's parlor is now our
newly renovated Gentlemen's Quarters.  Dormitory
style set up with five full size beds, table and chairs is
perfect for your paranormal team or group.

The Hotel Shanley was raided for illegal alcohol during prohibition in 1932.  IIf these walls could talk (sometimes
they do)! Look for the bullet holes and you'll see what we mean. This cozy room has one full & one twin size
bed, dresser and side chair.
